To reset your password, you will need to provide a few details including your Member ID, date of birth, and a card number of one of the cards you hold with us. We need this information to verify that it is you, and not somebody else, who is trying to gain access to your account.
As an added security measure to protect your account, you will need to provide a one-time password to be able to reset your password. If you do not have one-time passwords active on your account or you don't know if you do, please contact us on 132 067 to reset your password instead.
